We offer a full range of document and data destruction services, all of which are carried out to BSI and HM Government approved standards and which are in full compliance with the Data Protection Act.

Technology has been developed which enables standard strip shredded files to be scanned and built back into legible documents using computer software. Paterson Data's destruction process firstly cross shreds the files to snow flake size then they are immediately bleached to remove all ink, therefore the information is beyond reach. The remnants of your old documents are then recycled into new paper to ensure that all is being done to protect the environment. Our clients are then presented with certification proving that they have complied with the Data Protection Act, 1998

Triple Check Verification

Data will only be destroyed on receipt of written authorisation from previously approved members of your staff. Thereafter, our triple check verification process prior to despatch ensures that only intended items are destroyed. Once completed, you will be issued with a Certificate of Destruction which will complete the audit trail.
