With our own dedicated fleet of satellite tracked delivery vehicles, collection and delivery to and from your premises to our secure document facility couldn't be simpler or more secure. Detailed inspection logs and full maintenance histories for each of our vehicles are meticulously kept to ensure that, while in transit, your data is assured the highest levels of safety and security.

We offer all of our clients industry leading, fast response delivery service where any boxes or individual files can be delivered directly to your premises within a matter of hours of us receiving your request. Paterson's Data have 2 tiers of service dependent on your business location. Zone 1 service is as follows:

Morning Delivery: Requests received before 10am (or after 2pm the previous day) will be delivered by 1pm that day
Afternoon Delivery: Requests received after 10am but before 2pm will be delivered to your premises before 5pm that day
Special Delivery: Requests for Special or Emergency Deliveries are, wherever possible, actioned within 1 hour of being made

Zone 2 service comprises:

Same Day Delivery: Requests received before 10am (or after 10am the previous day) will be delivered by that day
Special Delivery: Requests for Special or Emergency Deliveries are, wherever possible, actioned within 1 hour of being made
